I 140 approved in pp / approved in April 2023
EAD case received status
i485 responded and received by uscis on 06/03/2023
currently with San Fernando valley field office
no biometric or interview done so far and no update on the same with uscis
also it say uscis has begun working on your case we will send you a decision or notify you if we need anything from you
60 days to wait for a response after rfe
how long it will take for an approval after rfe
pd has to be current to get approved?
will NBC or non field office will adjudicate the case
EAD has no action since Aos pending
is this a good sign or what to expect
can anyone share timelines after medical rfe response for employment based

@Be positive My case is similar. EB1C all concurrently filed in Dec 22. I 140 approved in April. received EAD and 130 in May. case moved to NBC. I think you will have the decision shortly, wish you all the best.
