My spouse's AP was filed concurrently with I485 and I130. Now AP #I131 has expired and USCIS hasn't sent any extension. We contacted them and they asked us to refile I131. Any suggestion ?

I485 and I130 are pending after around ~16 months. Last we submitted RFE in February and since then it has been 5 months.
