EAD Card
Hi guys,
USCIS produced my EAD card and it was delivered to my lawyers office. On that card they spelled my name wrong so my lawyer sent the card back for correction. It's been almost a month and a half and I still didnt hear anything. My question is, would i be able to go to the social security office and ask to have my SSN even though i still dont have my EAD card in hand?

someone please help
I went for an emergency advance parole today and was denied. I was asked if I’ve tried expediting and I said no. I gave my father’s medical result and birth certificate, but was denied and told to expedite instead.
Did anyone go through this please??
I feel like my lawyer is the most useless lawyer in the universe, she’s so useless that I can’t even recommend her to my worst enemy. all she does is ask for money, I was even charged with to book an appointment for emergency advance parole.

please advise if anyone get work authorization card with no given name .
on my brother ead card indicates with no given name . he applied social security where his name is correct. after he went to dmv they said your ead card and social security name doesn’t match I don’t know what we can do to solve this issue . name is same on bothe just problem is on ead card says no given name .

Hello everyone we had interview marriage based in march 2023 and got rfe to file 601 waiver.
I filed 601 on 14 april 2023.
got reciept from NBC.
emma said case transferred to Local Field Office on may 9,2023.
question is who will make decision on that??
local office or NBC has taken decision already on waiver and sent it to Local FO???
any experience??

when receive greencard after IR1 entry
paid the immigrant fee on June 23rd. husband entered June 26th on IR1 visa. status remains unchanged stating: “On June 23, 2023, we received your USCIS Immigrant fee payment for your Permanent Resident Card related to your immigrant visa. We will be processing the request for production of your Permanent Resident Card. You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 90 days of your entry into the United States or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee payment is received.”
is there a reason it hasn’t updated to card being produced others received their greencard after two weeks.
Only EAD Approved after close to 11 months.
Case was filed @ TSC. So after close to 11 months my EAD was approved. A week back TSC approved my spouse’s combo card but in my case and my son, they approved only the EAD and AP still pending for us.
