Interview scheduling in Queue
Hi -
just got a response on congressional enquiry, case is waiting in queue to be scheduled for interview. i am local in Minnesota. does anyone know how much time it will take get the case status changed as its still stuck at case is actively reviewed?

EAD pending renewal, DL won't renew drivers's license on pending I-485, I-485 retrogressed. PD 4/4/2014 EB3
Applied for EAD renewal 1/23/23. Current EAD expiration 7/17/23. EAD is qualified for automatic extension but DL officer in Houston, Texas will not renew driver's license without update in the system or physical card.
USCIS status says the I-485 EB3 visa is retrogressed under my priority date of 4/4/2014. Additionally, I received RFE on medical on 1/12/23. It was received by USCIS on 2/9/23. No update in online case status. I am not sure why they will ask for medical exam if the visa retrogressed. This is the second time I submitted medical. Originally submitted in Oct 2020 with the filings.

Finally after waiting for more than 8 years , I got mine n my hobby’s case got approved . Never give up n be update with all the new regulations and u’ll get it soon .
It’s a long journey for me , it’s frustrating , some happy moments when the case gets updated . It’s a rollercoaster and we have to deal with it .

“Case Was Approved” ……, Finally!!!
Folks, I have been mostly an avid consumer of all the posts here. finally, it is my turn to contribute. it is very sad that this the only means and medium to understand (or infer to be more precise) what may be happening with our subjective cases. I’m really glad that this medium exist and more importantly, this community is active. I was a huge benificiary of all the conversations here.
my i140 was filed on April 18, 2021 (same priority date)
concurrently filed for AOS, EAD and AP
received my EAD in August and AP in May 2023
i140 was approved on 10th February 2023 after an RFE. same day case was transferred to NBC
received medical RFE on June 1st
responded to the RFE on June 28th
“New Card being Produced” on July 9th (on a Sunday!!!)
“Case was Approved” on July 10th
I’m a Canadian but born in India. So, my PD was not current. my wife is from Germany. Although filed as a dependent, her country of chargeability was used in the end. My PD was current when filing, but, had retrogressed during FAD.
RFE on I-140. EB2-NIW
Hi guys, I applied for an EB2-NIW in May of 2022. I received an RFE on my I-140 on November 2022. I replied the RFE in march of 2023, almost 5 months and still waiting for an answer, any ideas? suggestions?, similar cases?Thanks.
