Interview scheduling in Queue
Hi -
just got a response on congressional enquiry, case is waiting in queue to be scheduled for interview. i am local in Minnesota. does anyone know how much time it will take get the case status changed as its still stuck at case is actively reviewed?

my I-485 went into second active review the day I-130 got to actively review and then I-130 was subsequently approved then.

is it true USCIS must either approve or deny my i-485 in 60-120 days after i-130 approval?

@march casey I did not get Medical RFE. seems like they will interview me for I-485 atleast. i used the congressman from my local district
