realistically
guys i had a dream that i finally got my rfe for a medical and new hope for moving one step closer and so many people were liking my status on this app 😔but I don’t have any updates.
does it really take 13-15 months for i485 / i765?
part of me thinks that people who are getting approved within 3 months and posting it here are USCIS internal employees making us feel more hopeful although it’s unrealistic.
I-130 still waiting for approval. getting more upset. can’t stay more without my husband😞😞😞status is only showing actively reviewing your case.

Mistake by USCIS
USCIS scanned my I-765 as evidence for I-485. I kept calling and sending messages on my account and emailing the lockbox. Only after 45 days from PD they realized they did a mistake and they just started processing my EAD 🤦 which I'm trying to expedite based on their mistake. I'm very glad that they at least realized that before it was too late. But Now I'm suspecting that they didn't scan and upload all my documents to my account while I sent them an extremely organized case reviewed by a paralegal and as they do mistakes with scanning documents. I'm scared to death that it may cause me further delays as my I-130 case just changed status to now actively being reviewed. So, I just emailed the lockbox and send a message on my account to make sure I have physical proof for a complaint before they accuse me of not sending certain documents!
Any advise please?
Also, can people please share their timeline of concurrent filing since the I-130 status changed to actively being reviewed (i-485 (Burlington, VT), i-130 (NBC), i-765 (NBC) and i-131 (NBC)) . What happenes after that and in how long? Biometrics for GC and EAD are both done and RFE for medical and joint sponsor was sent and received.
It'll be much appreciated.

question
Has any encountered this situation yet? thoughts on that I should do?
My mothers visa was pending for years and we finally got an interview scheduled but she literally just got here in the US through the Biden Parole not even a week ago. Does she have to go back to Haiti? I'm confused and don't know who to contact. I'm super happy but so confused too.
