hi everyone, 2 days ago I received a notification that my case is being actively reviewed for the second time. I still have nothing in a document section. Can someone share a time frame if they had the same situation? thank you

Has anyone else seen the Processing Tab disappear and the myProgress tab appear in the USCIS website? I got an update today saying the below... Your next step: USCIS reviewing your case.

wow! It was a long journey, but finally, it reached its destination. I had a confirmation from the immigration officer that my I-130 got approved on the spot, but they had to check my entry before deciding on my I-485. I hope everything goes well and I’ll have the opportunity to see my parents in their hometown. God Bless all of US

Anyone Filed I-360 as a Widow?

Hello! Has anyone filed I-360 as a widow along with I-485 and I-765? If so, can you. give me timeline and process? Would I be able to get a work permit beforehand while USCIS is processing I-360 appproval? My I-765 is attached to I-485 when I filed all 3 applications. It’s been almost 7 months and all of my applications re at National Benefit Center. Does I-360 have to go to Vermont Center to be processed? Or can National Benefuf Center process all 3 applications at that location? Please give me some insights and encouragements!!! I need to work to be able to provide my children who are US citizens. Should I ask for expedited request for EAD, so I can work? Thank you!

Hello, I applied my stem OPTon june 15th 2023. In my USCIS portal myprogess status tab in which there are three steps. In second step it is showing complete Biometrics. Any idea about this?

Has anyone transferred a I485 from a pending 140 to an approved I140? If so, is that an easy process? how long did it take?

I was not expecting it to be approve anytime soon but I got it. My family was supposed to join me using their L2(they got approved on 7/5) and have them undergo AOS., Three days later, I received a notification that ‘card is being produced’. I think they cant use their L2 visa now. I will have to submit 824 for them to be with me. I am still thankful that my case is done now.

Hi I got my 4th Prima facie determination for VAWA application days ago. also I had renewed my EAD card in February 2023. I didn't get any receipt notice as my current EAD card expires next month. Last week I got the receipt notice of my EAD application. Who has been in this situation before? am I getting closer to getting my VAWA approved. NB: pd for VAWA is April 2021.

I filed for my spouse when I had my green card, I have gotten my citizenship now, how do I let uscis know that I have collected my citizenship it can fast track my spouse I-130.
