@edu br Did your VAWA get approved before EAD got approved? I am filing I-360 as a widow along with I-485 and I-765 on December 16, 2022 and finger print was taken on February of 2023. Since then no update……just biometric is done. Can you give me more insights of your process, please?

congratulations. I have applied on Oct 2022, got my receipts in Jan 2023.did my fingerprints in may 23. nothing so far.hopefully soon.

@edu br okay, I filed in October 2022 also, no RFE yet either. what do you do with the prima facie? also have you received your approval notice in the email yet? if yea, when did you receive it?

@Maki W Makisan, my VAWA wasn’t approved yet! just I-765! they took my fingerprint 3/27/2023 for my I-485!

@Gabriela R. I didn’t get any approval notice! only “NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED” which means my I-765 was approved!!

@Maki W Vermont! only I-131 was sent to Texas unfortunately cuz they processing time is 17 months these days :/
