Anyone Filed I-360 as a Widow?
Hello!
Has anyone filed I-360 as a widow along with I-485 and I-765?
If so, can you. give me timeline and process?
Would I be able to get a work permit beforehand while USCIS is processing I-360 appproval? My I-765 is attached to I-485 when I filed all 3 applications.
It’s been almost 7 months and all of my applications re at National Benefit Center. Does I-360 have to go to Vermont Center to be processed? Or can National Benefuf Center process all 3 applications at that location?
Please give me some insights and encouragements!!!
I need to work to be able to provide my children who are US citizens. Should I ask for expedited request for EAD, so I can work? Thank you!

@Maki W . I have a friend with the same process. she received her EAD around 8 months. her attorney said processing time around 2 years max. USCIS website processing time 17 months. keep in mind every case is different but stay positive and keep the faith. I am unable to shared her exact time line with you. 😞. @Yevi Lu Do you happen to know where her I-360 application is? Is it at Vermont Center? Mine is at National Benefit Center in Missouri.

@Yevi Lu My application is at either National Benefit Center or Boston, MA office……not sure why.
