someone please help
I went for an emergency advance parole today and was denied. I was asked if I’ve tried expediting and I said no. I gave my father’s medical result and birth certificate, but was denied and told to expedite instead.
Did anyone go through this please??
I feel like my lawyer is the most useless lawyer in the universe, she’s so useless that I can’t even recommend her to my worst enemy. all she does is ask for money, I was even charged with to book an appointment for emergency advance parole.

Learn to do things by yourself as book an info pass appointment some lawyers are useless and doesn’t know butter the immigrations process than some immigrants.

I think is time we start telling people not to use any Lawyer again bcus on this platform we got a lot of educative information that even so called Lawyers don't know.

@Ola Fak Yeah everyone should start filling by themselves. This Particular lawyer is Nigerian and she’s very useless and loves money!!! Now I don’t know if I can get it expedited this week, because I booked my flight already. I hope my father doesn’t pass before they approve my green card or AP😩
