sue them I’m going to do the ombudsman assistance as well fed up with all this wait we paid a fee for them to do a job and are failling to do so

I think 09 are mostly getting approved . don’t know why they are not approving 9 ones @april 22

my case is at Vermont as well and it was transferred from Texas. it is I-130 as well and now it has been 454 days as well for me nothing yet
