Hello everyone we had interview marriage based in march 2023 and got rfe to file 601 waiver.
I filed 601 on 14 april 2023.
got reciept from NBC.
emma said case transferred to Local Field Office on may 9,2023.
question is who will make decision on that??
local office or NBC has taken decision already on waiver and sent it to Local FO???
any experience??

the field office will make the decision. what is your I-485 priority date? where did you send the waiver??

@N/ A may 2022 is the PD. sent it to chicago IL. got receipt notice from NBC.

@M K @s singh I am VAWA application and got 601 RFE too. for my school I don’t recall what I submitted during my school. they did not mentioned much in the 601 rfe. what shall I do? do I need lawyer? how much time they take usually? do I need to send 601 to NBC or to local office ?

@pablo Romero yes you need lawyer my lawyer mailed to vt I received a receipt notice from Vermont after month they forwarded to nbc and now 2 months ago nbc forwarded to local filed office
