where are the people from May 2020?
I did not see the approval’s I485 from this new updated, please if someone know if after switch from January to May had any impact on approval and can share here please I would be thankful.
My FUC&@&*** Pd is from December of 2020 yet and I don’t see my time coming soon!
RFE AFTER GREEN CARD
have anyone here experienced getting a RFE *AFTER* receiving the green card?
got an RFE 30 days after my GC, answered my RFE (medical) and didn’t hear from them yet. In the website says “case closed”, but nothing about my RFE. It doesn’t even say that they got it.

i485 transfer twice
Hi all. So my I-485 was transferred from Texas to NBC last year and my case was at NBC from October 2022 until now. Got a notice one day ago saying my case had been transferred and a new office has jurisdiction. I am waiting to receive the notice in the mail but has anyone experienced this? Or any idea what might be happening? it’s good or bad any idea?

So hard to keep my spirits up being so far away from the man I love for so long. Just want to start our life together!
I live between this app and the USCIS website..constantly reading articles and analyzing data just trying to predict when I can start living again.
So tired of being separated by distance and constantly having a screen between us. It's been 7 months since we've shared the same space.

Finally, one journey comes to an end, and another awaits.
After few anxious months, I finally received my plastic cards today.
For those who are still patiently waiting for USCIS to process your case, all I can say is wait for your turn. There is nothing that you can do to expedite this process.
For those who believe USCIS has made any processing errors, or your case is outside the ‘normal’ processing times, please get hold of Tier 2 officers ASAP, explain your case, and get answers, and get your issue sorted out. Importantly, please know that the US Government is on your side in this journey. If you feel that you are not getting the help from USCIS, you can reach out to your local congressman and/or senator and request an inquiry to be made on your behalf. You also have an option to request your official document via FOIA. These steps do not adversely affect your case. These are just some options that US Government has for you.
