I will share my experience to help who is still waiting (It’s not easy at all)… but have faith and pray!!!
I started my Vawa concurrent with I485 in Sep 2020. I got 04 Prima Facie. Never received RFE. In Feb 2023 my Vawa got aproved. April 2023 received I693 for medical exam. The USCIS updated my status in April 27, 2023 that they received the medical results. The interview was waived. And today July 21,2023, got an update that my card is being produce for I485. Yes it’s a very long process. But believe that everything happen on the right time! It’s a moment to be very close to God! Wish good luck and specially patient to everybody !!! 💪🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼

Finished 485 interview (pd not current)
Just had my interview today. It was easier than expected. Officer was nice and questions were simple, mostly related to work, University, and lawful presence(Mostly Yes/No) questions. Officer was confused with my visa category being eb3-unskilled. mine is “Others category” but I clarified him my category and he got to know the PD is not current. I also asked him what will happen next? He said the office will hold on to the file and adjudicated the case when it becomes current.
My PD is September 2021.

F2A then naturalized and upgrade to IR1
Does anyone has similar experience as me? I submitted F2A for my wife on Oct.06.2022, upgrade the citizenship in March 2023 but not sure if USCIS upgraded it, got RFE in June,2023, RFE response on July 07,2023. I would like to ask does RFE mean I will get a decision soon?

Finally my turn!
After coming in as a K1 in January 2022 and filing late due to money problems, it is finally my turn to celebrate.
And what better gift to receive on my birthday than an approval notice?
RFIE was for medical which shouldn't have applied to me, as overseas exam was still valid for a K1 holder.
Was able to clear that up through my response and by contacting the congressman to inquire on my behalf.
Approval came without interview about four months after RFIE response.
I wish everyone in this community the same luck, we're all in this together and I hope everyone can achieve their goals quickly!

Hi everyone,
i am just losing hope at the point. I filed I-751 waiver back in Feb 2021 based on abuse and battery. I have very limited evidence and I never called on police or went to marriage counseling. I was able to submit some of the evidence which uscis did ask for and some I couldn’t however I have got the affidavits from my ex wife’s uncle and her step dad who she is living with where they mentioned how abusive she was. in addition to that I submitted few more affidavits from my neighbors who witnessed the abuse and picture of bruises and wounds. I filed the divorce based on adultery and one year separation and later due to the covid 19 it was amended to only one year only to wrap the case up cause none of us wanted to live with each other. I also submitted that and my personal affidavit where I mentioned what happened from day 1 and some of the social media pictures of my ex wife and her bf when she was married to me, the love letters which I found in my room, text conversations screenshots proving that she was in relationship while being married to me. I am not sure based on these evidence do I have any chance to get approved????????? any advices will be appreciated.
