Marriage Based Green Card I485
I can officially say I am blessed and the wait is over I was approved toady 07/22/23 had my interview 07/20/23. Trust the process and have faith. it was a long road but I made it. after my interview on Thursday I received 2 emails at approximately 5am saying there was action taken on my case, when I went into my account no changes were there. I then called USCIS to query what changes had made as I am not seeing any on my end and she told me that the case was approved. this morning I saw the changes on the website that the case did in fact approved. now I did got 3 other emails this morning saying changes made so I guess on the back end they are creating the card. whatever they doing I am just glad my journey is finally coming to an end. those of you still waiting just be strong and encourage yourself. don’t give up God got you!

Case Updates
Hi everyone,
We did our biometrics on Thursday and the same day afterwards got an update that our case, I-765 and I-485 was being actively reviewed. Both Friday and today I got text messages/emails 3x that action was taken on our case but logging in, there’s no update and nothing new added to documents. Is it just a glitch to keep receiving notifications?
Looking for some answers ! ! !
1. Does USCIS send a physical I130 approval letter to the petitioner's mailing address? If so, how long did it take you to receive it after you received your approval letter online?
2. Does NVC send a physical welcome letter to your mail or do they just send an email to petitioner's email address on file?
I have read that they only send email now.
3. For those who already went through NVC processing, I understand the DS260 has to be filled out by applicant/beneficiary? However, since everything is now online, does the beneficiary need to fill that out by logging into the account or our lawyer can do that?
Do we also need to fill out any other form granting our attorney the authority to fill these forms for us?

Life is very hard for Cubans sure I wish they all get here but those that get approved right away we are still 155 days waiting just doesn't seem fair. Please I even have a job for her and would like to have her son enrolled in school so he can start at beginning of school year so he doesn't struggle. I even practice English with him. To him I am he dad his father died of cancer he needs to have father figure in his life.
I want my fiance and her son to come to United States seeing others apply and get here after maybe a few hours to a few days after is heart drenching we miss each other very much.
