I-131 Slowness and case been transferred

After more than 2 years of awaiting my I-131, they've transferred from Nebraska to Texas. UNBELIEVABLE! 3 months ago I got an update saying they updated the process with fingerprints. Does anyone here know if after they transfer normal processing time is reset? Please, share your insights or experience.

I have a theory, do you think it’s true?

I have researched enough and here is my theory based on peoples comment. - if you file i485 right before retrogression, the process time will be longer that those who filed right after it became current - concurrent filing takes longer than separate filing - eb3 unskilled approval takes one more year longer than skilled or pro - texas service center takes the longest time for an approval how much do you think it’s true?

please how soon do you get your travel documents after the expedited request was approved? Also if you applied for both ltyr travel documents and work permit at the sane time do they send just tue travel documents that was approved or the work permit too?

Inital EAD was not received. RFE for renewal.

I applied for EAD based on c8 - pending asylum case. In 30 days I received a notice from USPS that my card had been delivered. I had moved at the same time so the address wasn’t updated in the system. I managed to get access to the mailbox and I only found approval notice and ssn. The EAD card was missing. I contacted USCIS and they said I can reapply and pay $400. I submitted and it took 30 days to get an update - unfortunately, it was a RFE. They are asking to provide proof that my card was damaged or stolen. neither is my case so I’m writing a letter outlining the timeline and showing that the card had never been received. Has anyone had this experience? 1. not receiving EAD even if USPS said it was delivered. 2. RFE asking for proof for renewal - what processing time did it end up being? #i765 #i589
