I have a theory, do you think it’s true?
I have researched enough and here is my theory based on peoples comment.
- if you file i485 right before retrogression, the process time will be longer that those who filed right after it became current
- concurrent filing takes longer than separate filing
- eb3 unskilled approval takes one more year longer than skilled or pro
- texas service center takes the longest time for an approval
how much do you think it’s true?
