I-751 Potomac Feb 2021
Hi everyone, i am just losing hope at the point. I filed I-751 waiver back in Feb 2021 based on abuse and battery. I have very limited evidence and I never called on police or went to marriage counseling. I was able to submit some of the evidence which uscis did ask for and some I couldn’t however I have got the affidavits from my ex wife’s uncle and her step dad who she is living with where they mentioned how abusive she was. in addition to that I submitted few more affidavits from my neighbors who witnessed the abuse and picture of bruises and wounds. I filed the divorce based on adultery and one year separation and later due to the covid 19 it was amended to only one year only to wrap the case up cause none of us wanted to live with each other. I also submitted that and my personal affidavit where I mentioned what happened from day 1 and some of the social media pictures of my ex wife and her bf when she was married to me, the love letters which I found in my room, text conversations screenshots proving that she was in relationship while being married to me. I am not sure based on these evidence do I have any chance to get approved????????? any advices will be appreciated.
