you don’t need the I-130 to be approve since your I-485 is approved. the I-485 override it

the i485 is not approved It’s the i130. so I was asking how soon after will they approve the i485

@fresh tibs I file my i130, i485 together with medical and affidavit of support and they both got approved same time and my greencard came into the mail without interview. My i131, i765 got approved together too as combo. so check your online account to see, although every case is different but once they are concurrent they normally approve together.

@Munchirella Boo I filed i130, i131, i765 and i485 all concurrent with medical in Nov 2022. I didn’t need an affidavit of support

@Munchirella Boo my i765 was approved from December 2022 but not as a combo card because I was on a h2b work program so I only got the work permit. so now my i130 was approved last Friday which I haven’t seen anymore updates since that about the i485 and I checked my online status daily

@fresh tibs ok I understand, try reach out to one of the live agent on Emma and ask them about it or check online to see if they classify them as concurrently, if not probably that’s why the i485 haven’t approved as yet or you might have to go to interview but keep checking and check documents to see what notice they upload.

ok@Munchirella Boo there hasn’t been a notice uploaded for the i130 yet either even though the updated stated that I will receive it in the mail. how do I reach out to Emma from here? I don’t think there will be an interview keeping my fingers crosssed because it’s my son who filed for me and we uploaded our birth certificates

@Munchirella Boo I just spoke to a live agent thru Emma and asked about the i131 and the i485 and they told me that uscis is reviewing my case now so I only hope that’s true lol because there is no additional update on the website
