does anyone know how long should you receive a decision from USCIS after receiving a receipt notice for i290b motion to reopen I need some answers please

it’s a motion to reopen they send me a RFE for my i485 and I did give it to them but they said they didn’t receive it so I had to file a motion to reopen or reconsider I got a receipt notice from them I was wondering if that was a good sign?
