combo card expedited?
My mother passed away last May, but I couldn't visit my mother funeral as my greencard was in progress. Last month, I filed Form I-485 and am currently waiting for the combo card. While working at my company, I would like to receive psychotherapy or similar services using the company insurance. Additionally, I wish to briefly visit my hometown and see the rest of my family. For this reason can i request a combo card expedited?
Jakarta Embassy Interview
My daughter in law just had her interview at the Jakarta embassy. apparently the police report she requested from Hong Kong never arrived. she was working there so had to submit one. they asked her to forward the confirmation email showing she ordered it, which she’s already done. anyone know how long of a hang up this is going to cause? He’s got cancer and needs surgery. He’s there in Indonesia now with her and was hoping to fly back with her.

how long after I-130 is I-485 approved
hi. I applied for I-130 last December and I filed my I-485 with the court as I was in removal proceedings at the time. now my case has been administratively closed and I have just filed a new I-485 with USCIS.
Does I-485 get approved when I-130 gets approved even when they’re filed at significantly different times, or do I have to wait a long long time again?

I filed my green card application last year October. I haven’t gotten my EAD. Is there anyone that has waited this long? I have tried to expedite based on financial hardship but I haven’t heard back. What can I do?

My case resurfaced
I received a notice for my I-360 that correspondence received and reviewing AGAIN after April 2022. I recently wrote Vermont center a letter to expedite my EAD renewal because I have not received a receipt notice for over a month and a half and I was 4 days away from losing my job😵I guess they looked into my pending cases and it resurfaced. I’m praying my journey is coming to an end. May 2021, hope we all will get rewarded soon! Praying for all of us 🙏🏼God Bless!

Medical RFE
is medical RFE a last step before making decision for I-485?
I heard that nowadays USCIS is asking medical RFE in the beginning of process…..it’s been happening for a few months. Not sure if this is true.
I got my medical RFE last month and I sent it back to the field office where I don’t live. I live in the different state.
Hopefully, I will get acknowledgment soon and it will be approved soon.

130 and 485 Adjustment of status based on marriage. PD Oct/2021

Interview waived!
But my case in January 2023 was transferred to San Diego, where that office asked me for medical exams and evidence of marriage, they already reviewed my response and now EMMA tells me that my case is back at the National benefit center.
What do you think is the next step? Can the National Benefit Center make a final decision based on the review of the San Diego office? Or request an interview and send it to my field office?
