Hello, any opinion.
130 and 485 Adjustment of status based on marriage. PD Oct/2021
I live in Atlanta
Interview waived!
But my case in January 2023 was transferred to San Diego, where that office asked me for medical exams and evidence of marriage, they already reviewed my response and now EMMA tells me that my case is back at the National benefit center.
What do you think is the next step? Can the National Benefit Center make a final decision based on the review of the San Diego office? Or request an interview and send it to my field office?

Am in ATL as well just moved and had to do a change of address, my case is at NBC and I was told it would be transferred to my local FO once a decision is made. medical RFE sent May 1st, so been waiting, one the 18th I sent an expedite request as I have a job offer sent service request info on the 20th so am just waiting now 🙏🏾

@onlytwo 🙂 my case was in NBC then they transferred to Houston FO in 06/23/2023 and they transferred back to NBC in 07/21/2023 after 10 I got the decision
