hey @sv sv! u don't require a SSN to access emergency Medicaid benefits. Pregnancy alone may not be considered a valid reason for expediting an immigration application. Expedite requests are typically evaluated based on compelling and urgent circumstances, such as humanitarian reasons, severe medical conditions, or significant family hardships. While being pregnant is a significant life event, it may not automatically warrant an expedited approval without additional compelling factors.

@JayOo Calixte that what I thought to until I came in Delaware and is the hardest time of my life getting only Medicaid,get denied 3time

I believe by law they don’t give you insurance but the baby you carrying right now is US citizen and they must give insurance for the baby which will cover your pregnancy. At least in NJ it’s how it works. Maybe different from state to state, but I suggest you to research it on your own. Very often people doesn’t know the law for immigrants in process.
