Hello everyone, I applied In December 2022 with my wife for my residence, it’s been about 7-8 months now, nothing yet on my I-130 just wanted to see if anyone had a similar date and if they’ve had any progress.

Since you are a US citizen, why don't you go ahead and file for her I485 in the mean time?

Eduardo, I’m with you on this. I filed on December 22nd 2022 as well, but I have not noticed any change other than “Case is actively being reviewed by USCIS.” The “My Progress” bar says our estimated time is 2 months from now, so maybe that means something.

Hi, I filed on Dec 16th - 130 was approved on July 25th, August 2nd they received my medical RFE for I-485. Praying they will make a decision soon.
