i765/i131 denied!
my i765 and i131 were denied today (it does NOT say benefits received through other means) and my i130 went to actively reviewing after 8 months. no change in my i485. no notices uploaded for any of my applications. Has anyone experienced something similar and what happens next? Thanks!

another 365 days gone. why do they take so long with vawa case. I mean I understand they have to go through and see if what we say is true but my suggestion is this, give vawa recipient free legal aide that work with uscis and let them be the ones to say if this case is eligible or not, if you're not eligible good bye and if we are then our case sent to uscis for a 6 months period after which we get approved and then wait for our GC. I'm tired of this waiting

Just thinking 🤔 out loud...
Please those with cases @ the National Benefits Center NBC with no field offices that got approvals I need your advice.
How long does it take for each steps? I am very worried cos I heard when cases are transferred either to other centers or to field offices, it shortens the processing time. Mine is stucked @ NBC center with no Field Office, does it mean I will have to wait forever before I can get response or approval?
Pls advise asap, I am so frustrated here.
