how long does it take to get approve for the social security number ?
Hi everyone.
I would like to know how long is it taking for everyone to get approved in order to get a social security number? My husband received a letter; where they are telling him that they received everything and now they are reviweing it.
I was within the allotted timeframe as specified on the USCIS website. didn’t use a Lawer, however, they say they work faster with legal assistance/advice. God Prayers and learning so much!

San Antonio FO , medical rfe what’s next ?
hi everyone ,
my case was with NBC ( filed on 12th December 20222) . I was living in Chicago at that time . biometrics done on Jan 9th and then nothing happened .
we recently moved to Austin , TX and got medical rfe from San Antonio office and my I-485 went into activel review second time .
There are no updates on I-130.
any chances I could get my approval soon ?

I sent my application in March 2023 and completed my fingerprint in April. After the very next day, my status says the case is actively reviewed by Uscis.

Hey guy, I have my mother that should be here in the State in a couple days. She has been waiting for an interview at the Embassy in Haiti for years, Visa Category IR5, I was the one that petition for her. She is coming here under the humanitarian parole program. What are the steps to finish the process here in the state in order to receive her green card? Update:
She is here and I am filing the forms(i765,i485) Adjustment of Status (AOS) family based. For the i765 under which category C9 or C11?

vawa,school aid,prima facie.
I want to let you know that I used my prima facie for financial aid, school was giving me a hard time, but I have read articles from the department of education… and I ended up getting financial aid, also they try to charge me out of states and I proved they are wrong.
For FAFSA you need to ask the school to do a third step verification. as one colleagues from this application told me before.
For instate tuition you need to let the school know that you are not aren’t undocumented but and we are eligible non citizen according to the dep of education. So the school will not apply the ASSET rule on us and ask them to proof one year high school here.
The reason why I am telling you this because it maybe some people as my case now or in the future want to go to school and find difficulties. So they can use their unexpired prima facie.
I Will start next week my journey to be a respiratory therapy.
I want to share so everybody know that you can use your prima facie in Colorado as my example after my lawyer told me no benefit with it.
