Hey guy, I have my mother that should be here in the State in a couple days. She has been waiting for an interview at the Embassy in Haiti for years, Visa Category IR5, I was the one that petition for her. She is coming here under the humanitarian parole program. What are the steps to finish the process here in the state in order to receive her green card? Update:
She is here and I am filing the forms(i765,i485) Adjustment of Status (AOS) family based. For the i765 under which category C9 or C11?

@Sol Che I'm in the same boat. they sent my mom the interview date right after she got to the US through the parole. from my understanding you just need to the the i485 only

Her category is IR5 which mean US citizen petitioning for parents. I believe she is qualify for the adjustment. I just didnt sure what form to fill out beside the i485. Based on my research I thought I would fill out i485,i765 but okay guys mèsi.But meanwhile she is waiting she wont be able to work, thats Why I thought the i765(work authorization) was part of it.Sa nou panse?
