EB3 unskilled processing enrolled as F1 student
Im still processing EB3 unskilled worker visa, my i-140 and work permit is approved. I am still enrolled as F1 student as recommended by Lawyer paying school 2,600.00 per semester. You thoughts?

i was in very similar situation but after i did my interview and got combo cards then took a break from a school, i was in higher edu so i needed to pay $13000 every semester. it is totally up to you to take this risk

safe to leave once u received ur i485 receipt

i was same situation after you receipt your EAD i quick school, and now I am working waiting for my Green card and of course I left the school. this was recommend by my lawyer and also I see many of my friends doing the same.

I’m in the same boat as you. I’m still waiting for my I-485 approval, got my combo card and using them yet I’m still attending school as it was advised by my lawyer.

if you got I 485 receipt and I 140 approved, you are good to fine to leave this school.
