my PD is 7/10/23(i765,i485,i130) and FO is NBC. I’m doing this all on my own and am trying to understand a few things. I see a lot of people posting that they spoke to a live agent through Emma, what is Emma?
Also, I did my biometrics 7/28/23 and it immediately changed to “case is actively being reviewed by Uscis” for i765 and i485 but the i130 is still showing “case recieved and receipt was sent” is that normal?
Just curious to see if anyone has the same or similar PD and where they’re at in the process. Thank you for any input. May we all see our cases fufilled.

the uscis’s work on the backlog has been improving. I’m thinking of those from the previous months that haven’t heard yet. I’ve got great feelings for us all!

travel doubts
hello family,
got my EAD and AP , worried if I can travel to my home country. heard that there is no guarantee about the USA letting inside , if lived out of status prior to the approval of EAD or AP.I stayed in USA for almost over couple of years without a status( entered legally via POE) but now have any EAd and AP. do you think it’s safe to travel ?

Has anyone here gotten an email of action taken on your case but it's been days and still nothing in docs? I just spoke with live agent and all he did was to give me processing time info. I swear to God these people must be prepped each morning to go into beast mode,, because they are the most uncaring POSs I've ever had to deal with.

So it seems our journey is about to begin…
This morning around 6am woke up checked my concurrent status and as always nothing.
2 hours later checked again and my I130 said case being actively being reviewed as of today for a third time. Decided to log into my USCIS and to my surprise I130 approval under my document tab. Few minutes later decided to chat with an agent and her words, “ GOOD NEWS” as of 8/3/2023 your I485 has been approved. God did I get butter flies all over my stomach. Agent set a call today with a tier 2 agent so passport can get stamped while we wait for green card. FYI NO interview

finally got approval for daughter
I got my green card 5 months ago and they denied my daughter's expedite request when we tried to expedite after noticing only my documents were approved and here I am 5 months later with approval! awaiting visa date at this moment
