my PD is 7/10/23(i765,i485,i130) and FO is NBC. I’m doing this all on my own and am trying to understand a few things. I see a lot of people posting that they spoke to a live agent through Emma, what is Emma?
Also, I did my biometrics 7/28/23 and it immediately changed to “case is actively being reviewed by Uscis” for i765 and i485 but the i130 is still showing “case recieved and receipt was sent” is that normal?
Just curious to see if anyone has the same or similar PD and where they’re at in the process. Thank you for any input. May we all see our cases fufilled.

@A Riv yup I-130 will keep on showing as Case received until the very end apparently.
From what I’ve learnt here on Lawfully- The moment it changes to actively reviewed, expect an approval under the document tab.
Out of curiousity, what does it say on your “My progress tab” for I-130?

@A Riv I applied in 12/6/21 and after biometrics on 2/10/22 my I-485 & I-765 changed to actively reviewed. I just got approved on 7/22/23. Every case is different good luck.
