finally got approval for daughter
I got my green card 5 months ago and they denied my daughter's expedite request when we tried to expedite after noticing only my documents were approved and here I am 5 months later with approval! awaiting visa date at this moment

Sharon Smith, I got a question: my mom's case is approved and she wants to come with her daughter that's means my sister, who is 10 years old. Is it's gonna be possible to include her at the embassy?

if you didn't have her on a i-130 she cannot be in it at the embassy. you only filed for your mom

@arthur Roland Let your mom petition for her after her process is complete and she will get through faster because she is a minor, siblings petition can go up to 10 years or more.

i envy you guys that have or had a very short time like this (326 days). I have waited for 3262 days and still waiting. My case is sibling case. So it's a hell lot of time to mature. And my PD is September 2014, which I don't know when it will mature
