Done my biometrics for I765
Hi , I filed Vawa case in March 2023 and my case transfer to VSC . Now I got notice for biometrics on August 02 2023 .so what will be next step ?

@Ricky Jose you'll probably get your PF and then your EAD if you filed C09 and then you'll just have to wait 🙈

might have to wait a cpl of months to get the EAD approved.
from my biometrics to my approval , it took 90 days to get my EAD and AP.

@Ricky Jose its prima facie, it basically means at first look uscis thinks you meet the minumum eligibility. using PF you may avail some benefits dependibg on your state
