It's been 2 months since my mom's case was approved by USCIS but so far the embassy hasn't called her yet. does somebody have the same issue

@arthur Roland The embassy don’t send interview letters until all the documents have been documentary qualified at NVC. Did you receive an email from NVC and have you submitted all the documents?
Also depending on the country and the backlog interview wait time can take up to 2 years.

I did not receive anything from NVC yet, the only document I received is from USCIS telling me, my mom's case is approved and NVC gonna work on it after sending her papers to mom's country.
