I did send with original form almost 3 years ago. that 693 form expired and they asked me to send new updated version

I think if you sent the exams until September 30th 2021 and your PD is before it, they will consider the validity for 4 years. Read the roomnews published in August 21…

@Joe Judah march 2023 news says it’s valid for 2 years

Chet pat. If they said for 4 years in the past (if your case is covered for the exception) you can answer a RFE with that. My attorney said it for me. I sent my exams in September 21 and he told me mine is validated for 4 years.
