today I got my i130 approval! almost 11 months to the day. it has felt impossible and long. I know many have waited longer, but if you’re in the process you know how long it can take or feels like it taking.
now I wait for the next step. but I feel like it should go by much faster! so if you’re waiting, don’t give up hope! your day is coming. :)

Hello everyone, i got a letter on tuesday saying that i got approved for employment authorization and advance parole and yesterday i saw in the app that my card was produced. so my question is , am i getting the work permit with the travel documents? and how long it take to get it after the card was produced? thank you

I received a courtesy letter to mail in my I-693. I did that back in March and nothing has changed since. Health records are cleared, what else are they waiting for?

was a patient 1year wait. but God been on my case along with the #USCIS personnel’s! I Prayed and spoke into existence that my case won’t go through an interview and it did not. Eventhough, it’s all depends on that individual situation because everyone person case process unique. but thank to the human who processed my case I did use a lawyer plus I had a few missing information on one of my forms and I provided the additional evidence. Dealt with it professionally and with respect.

hi everyone
im in process of submitting my i751 and we just moved into a new place, i got my change of address on my drivers license but my husband is yet to get his drivers license, can we submit the i 751 with the old address on his drivers license ( i dont have much time to wait for it to come), im almost at 90 days bracket…all advice and comments welcomed…thanks
