i-751
hi everyone
im in process of submitting my i751 and we just moved into a new place, i got my change of address on my drivers license but my husband is yet to get his drivers license, can we submit the i 751 with the old address on his drivers license ( i dont have much time to wait for it to come), im almost at 90 days bracket…all advice and comments welcomed…thanks

I’d say go ahead and all the other documents new and old would show the new and previous addresses. it shouldn’t be a big deal. I provided bills with my old and new address from after wedding and move to new house. The uscis is probably aware of all your addresses since you started the I-130 and I-485 and now.

I did it between my previous house and new one. no biggie. it was in the same state

Hi don’t be scared I moved and changed my address within the time advised on the website and got an email the same day saying when it would be updated by and received an email before that date saying that it was done. It would also show on your uscis account under profile.

@G G Please file an AR-11 as soon as you move. Also go to the DMV and make sure your husband’s driver’s license shows the same address as yours. Don’t give them an opportunity to mess with you.
