thanks for the reply , does this also apply if you filled for it online ( IOE) because I saw on a website where application were approved within 12-15 months

F2B in 12-15 months? that's impossible you can check on website 60+ months is time for decision

USCIS can approve within 20 months but you have to wait VISA available in your country which is at least 4 years

my PD is 2017 Sep and I wait until this year June got my i130 approved, now starting my NVC journey, so you have a looooong way to go
