N400 experience - Washington DC office
Filed N400 as soon as im on my 5th year permanent resident.
Quick and easy interview as officer did not ask many questions. I was there for probably less than 20mins
After i passed the test, we verified the information in the n400 submitted, made modifications to some and did e-sign them.
The officer then escorted me to his supervisor’s office to list my name and get paper with the oath ceremony schedule (Aug 5) (*this will also be uploaded in uscis account)
English reading and writing (George Washington was the first president.)

Hey Members I have one question USCIS they send me RFE and my documents are ready but unfortunately my lawyer is out of country and not responding so my question is here is that how to send RFE documents should we upload it with the notice of RFE in the document tab to upload the evidence or should I mail them?

quick one here. 3 months ago my I-130 and I-765 were approved at the same time. later on I received RFE for evidence of life together which I sent roughly 2 weeks ago. I did receive a notification stating that they’ve received it.
anyone with a similar path that might guide how much longer until I hear back?

I need insight into withdrawing a petition. I petition for my wife overseas but we are getting a divorce due to irreconcilable differences. Does anyone have guidance on how to withdraw this application? Everything is lined up and she is waiting for an interview and she is aware, I want to withdraw and seeking a divorce.

hey everyone I received 4 emails this morning saying we have take action on your case but nothing when I logged into account . has this happened to anyone ??
I recently had Rfe for medical and response was received on 4th of August and then next day I received 1 email saying taken action .
today on 6th aug I got 4 emails.
what does this mean ?
