how can I upload document to my account??
hello everyone..
I have been trying to upload document on thr uscis web page and it always tells me busy.. is there a trick or should I mail or fax them... I have a pending i-130.. thanks

first scan you document then go to your account under your I-130 choose document then you go all the way down you will see
( upload evidence )
upload then choose a category
all done

when I open my uscis account the document part doesn’t show only history and case status

for some reason every time I do that process if tell.me the same message... system is busy try again in few minutes

@rocco mo i have the same problem and couldn’t upload my RFE online when I got one, I had to mail it over through fedex.

We could not upload your file. Please try again in a few minutes... this is the message I have been getting for thr last few months
