it’s depends what kind of RFE if medical you have to mail it anything out you can upload it and select the right subject for it just make sure to send it to the same address on the notice

@ray Q8 they send me RFE for i130 evidence for bonafide marriage so how should I do mail them or online tab documents and upload evidence?

@fnu BILAL, make a cover page for all the documents you’re sending, include the RFE letter, all the evidence you are sending, scan them into one file, name the file RFE Response,go to your I130 document tab, click on the blue unsolicited evidence tab and upload them. if it’s gonna be too confusing for you mail them over night tomorrow morning. good luck. please remember the petitioner will sign the cover letter.

use PO Box address for usps, ordinary address when sending through fedex, ups. I send all my responses through fedex overnight.
