Finally got the card
Sadly, it’s a long journey with a lot of depression. I had a straight forward case, being a F1 student in the US for 7 years and married to USC, no previous marriage no illegal things, both PhDs, age difference of 2 yeas. I thought I will be very happy seeing the GC, turned out I just move on with my life. Personally I wouldn’t tell anyone to keep faith on this journey coz I have been there and gave up long time ago. there was even this weekend I was sitting in the office alone, crying for nothing (mostly bc of the waiting, I was too fixated on getting the decision). I deleted this app so many times coz I saw a lot of ppl got approved who applied after me, ofc I am happy for those ppl who didn’t get the bs.
From my own experience, if this thing stresses you out a lot, I hear you and feel you from the bottom of my heart, just delete the app and ask Emma about your case progress every week, check the app 1000 times a day wouldn’t change anything tbh. Alright enough negativity, I hope my timeline can be helpful to you. Let me know if you have any questions, hope you guys enjoy your weekend!

I have a request of evidence letter for I-130
I have a request of evidence on my I-130 application for my parents, here’s the request
ing this determination, the adjudicator should consider all relevant factors, including, but not limited to,
(1) information in the FAM regarding the availability and reliability of birth registrations in the country of birth during the time period at issue;
(2) the length of time between the birth and the registration;
(3) any credible explanation proffered by the petitioner as to the personal, societal, or historical circumstances that prevented a particular birth certificate from being registered contemporaneously, and any evidence in support of that explanation;
(4) any credible explanation for why a particular birth certificate was lost or destroyed;
(5) any evidence that the parental relationship was independently corroborated prior to the registration of the birth;
(6) the length of time between the birth registration and the filing of the visa petition; and
(7) information regarding whether the document was based on facts that were contemporaneous with the birth or on facts that were more recently established.
When considered along with the factors listed above and with all other evidence currently in the file, USCIS has determined that the birth certificate is insufficiently reliable and will be accorded minimal weight unless you provide additional evidence.
Therefore, you must submit additional documentary evidence.
SECONDARY EVIDENCE
Submit the oldest available evidence that establishes that Farhanaz Peony is your biological parent. Submit as much evidence as possible. This evidence should list the name of the child, parents and the date of birth
and may include, but is not limited
Medical records or health records;
Church records or religious documents;
CSCI130CSCGEN000026035631 2 of 6 www.uscis.gov
USCIS encourages you to sign up for a USCIS online account. To learn more about creating an account and the benefits, go to https://www.uscis.gov/file-online.
Early school records;
Insurance records;
Employment records;
Financial records (tax returns);
Census or tribal records;
Government records or identification documents.
Any evidence submitted should include:
The name of the child and the child’s parent(s);
Dates (e.g. dates of the child’s birth, religious event, school attendance, hospital admittance, etc.); Stamp, seal, signature of issuing official, authorized personnel, etc.
AFFIDAVITS (IF SECONDARY EVIDENCE IS NOT AVAILABLE)
If none of the above secondary evidence is available, you must first establish that such evidence is not available by submitting evidence of non-existence. After doing so, tertiary evidence, such as affidavits, may be submitted. However, be aware that affidavits will only be accorded minimal weight unless they are accompanied by other independent and objective evidence that corroborates the affiants’ statements.
Affidavits must:
Be submitted by at least two individuals who are not parties to this petition and who have direct personal knowledge of your birth
NOTE: USCIS will not consider a single statement signed by multiple individuals. Each person must submit his/her own affidavit attesting to their personal knowledge of the event.
Include:
The full name and address of the affiant;
The date and place of birth of the affiant;
The relationship between the affiant and parties to this petition;
Full information regarding the event; for example, the date and place of a birth of the child (including both parent(s) names), the date and place of marriage, divorce, death, etc.; and
Complete details concerning how the affiant acquired knowledge of the event.
If you submit a document in any language other than English, the document must be accompanied by a full and complete English translation. The translator must certify that the translation is accurate and he or she is competent to translate from that language to English. If you submit a foreign language translation in response
Hello Vawa people
I have got my Combo card " C O9 " few days ago. and im thinking to travel back home but my lawyer told me I shouldn't travel because That the card is from your previous case, and it will be denied. And then if you are out of the country, you will have abandoned your VAWA application.
I had my I-130 approved from my pervious marriage but i haven't applied the for I- 485, I-131 or I-765 through my marriage.
could you help me with your idea's please.
Should we file F2B or F4 visa
Hello just wanted to know if I can get a second opinion to know how we should file for my adult unmarried uncle. If we file F2B we risk his mom getting sick since she has high blood pressure and diabetes. Is there a way to get his case expedited in case she gets sick? Or should we go the F4 route through US Citizen sibling?
This is insane y’all.
USCIS and Biden administration have their back on us. They should be ashamed of this. Happy Anniversary!
