we filed on Sept 5 22 and just last weekend got our approval. NVC has already created our case and at this point we are just waiting g for the fees to process so we can start filling out the forms and submitting documents. I hope yours comes soon. Ours was I-130 spouse.

Sep 22 2022 still waiting

I’ve been waiting since Dec 5 22, Uscis got my medical rfe response yesterday. I hope they make a decision soon, I didn’t receive AP or EAD.

sept 12 2022 and only received EAD so far.

october 2021 and still waiting 😞
