Should we file F2B or F4 visa
Hello just wanted to know if I can get a second opinion to know how we should file for my adult unmarried uncle. If we file F2B we risk his mom getting sick since she has high blood pressure and diabetes. Is there a way to get his case expedited in case she gets sick? Or should we go the F4 route through US Citizen sibling?
