Finally Green Card In Hand.
My Immigration Journey has been tough, but God finally came through for me friends.It took more than a year to get my ead doc,then I got a courtesy email for medicals. After submission I received a noid for I 130.Which was the scariest part ,mind u my lawyers were no good.After my response to noid , got another notification for noid.I prepared all documents and overcame the noid. Finally Case got approved without interview and card received. Feel free to ask questions,I am willing to assist y'all. May everyone be approved 🙏 ✨️

491 dys from original filing of I-130 to Visa issued. The process is full of administrative problems, conflicting instructions, outdated web pages, confusing information... I could go on and on. Frustrating but we're finally done!

my i130 was sent to department of state on June 5, I have done the medical a few days ago and now I have an appointment for the biometrics next week. is this normal? does anyone know what happens next or how long it takes to hear back after the biometrics?

This week is over— Better Luck Next Week
I guess this week is over.. Better Luck next week ya’ll. Still no progress on my stuck I-130 at Vermont. I got second active review on May 8th and case on hold due to security checks… Let’s hope next week is a good week. all we can do is be hopeful every week… Hope my wife can join me in the US soon…
