I’ve had work permits since ‘07, i file them with help of a non-profit. since i fall under category c31 any inquiries have to be done by my attorney/non-profit. we’ve done everything in our power they just can’t get to it yet, this is frustrating since i see others get their ead/gc in as little as 6 months
