after 225 days of filling of i-130 I got a notification in. a lawfully apps said case is being actively reviewed by USCIS can you explain what is that means
case is being actively reviewed by USCIS . after receiving your application USCIS is now processing it. nothing is required from your side at this point .since the processing time varies depending on visa types how long this message will stay could differ. can you please explain to me what that means do you think they will issue a ref or not ##

Hello, do you have an interview for the green card for asylum? .,12/12/2018 is the priority date.,2021 I had my appointment for fingerprints., April 2023 my status in uscis changed to inform that my fingerprints were taken in my case...can someone tell me what it is the next step..residency for asylum after one year
Medical RFE at Boston Office
I sent medical RFE to Boston Office last month and it was delivered via USPS Express Mail on July 24, 2023.
It’s been more than 2 weeks almost 3 weeks, but I have not gotten USCIS acknowledgment of receiving it at Boston Office.
My lawyer suggested that if we don’t hear from them, we can send another one.
Is FedEx or UPD better than USPS to deliver my medical this time?
I need some encouragement and inputs. Thank you so much!

it’s finally over guys, took awhile on the last case because I moved around to multiple states. but it was suppose to be only one month. so that’s my bad hehe.

FINALLY got the RFE notice!
FINALLY got the RFE notice! so I needed to send the Affidavit of Support (I-864) and the medical exam (I-693), when do you guys think I’m gonna get a response?????, I submitted the app whit my work permit and no response for that one yet, but idk why the asked for the I-864, they mentioned that I didn’t do it right, hopefully this time everything would be fine!!! and one more question, when do you guys think I will have a work permit???, thank you all of you guys!! I love this community and the way we support each other 🤗🤗🤗
