Travel on I-131 While H1B approval still not in hand
Hello,
I have I-131 Advance Parole based on I-485. I got my H1B approved this year but approval notice still not in hand. I have to travel internationally for emergency reasons. Can I travel using advance parole? Would it affect my H1B?
