I-751 bonafide question
Hi! I’m applying for I-751 soon. Me and my wife got married in early 2021 during Covid in a US courthouse by an officiant after which we applied for the GC and received it last year Then in 2022 when most countries relaxed their covid restrictions, we traveled to our home country (both wife and I come from the same country & city in Asia) for our cultural/religious wedding inviting all our friends and family My question is should I submit photos of our cultural wedding which happened a year later after our US registered wedding or just regular bonafide evidence of us living together?

submit everything that you have together that is what they need to remove the conditions( including your itinerary too)

@Amie tee I was wondering if they’d get suspicious why I married a second time even though it was for religious/cultural reasons and to invite all the family back home. Would they possibly question me that I should’ve applied for the initial GC after my religious wedding?

@Sherlock Holmes you just have to prove that both you marriages were legitimate and if that is the case, you have nothing to worry about it.
