So i texted my husband to ask him if he got the mail. Only to find out he did. Just as the mail man drove up. He put everthing in the car, without checking and went to work. He said he only realized when he checked the case status and saw my card was delivered!

I485j Portability
I would like to port my company to EB3 Unskilled, I already have all the requirements, but I'm afraid my current employer will find out and cancel my current process. If I do the portability, could it take a long time to be approved? I need to start working for my employer in October, but I don't want to leave my state to go there and wait for my process to be approved since it will take a long time as EB3 is retrogressed. I want to know if it's possible to have the portability approved by November and if the portability process is straightforward?
timeline for i485 and i765
I have a question to whom ever could help, i was given daca when I was younger and recently my father and step mother were approved on there i485, now it’s my turn, I received (u visa) status per my dads wife, and now I’ve summited my i765 and i485, I have not received many updated on my i765 and my current permit expires in October, my i485 has shows fingerprints were taken, ( my lawyer told me that sometimes USCIS reuses the old fingerprints from previous applications), I wanted to know what time timeline or timeframe is to ether revive my i765 so that I don’t loose my job. thank you!

Hi all,
I have finally lost hope, after learning that some of you have taken more than 2years without EAD. Honestly, I don’t bother to check anymore. it has been 5 months and I haven’t worked. this is affecting my family stability in some way.
Anyone with words or hope or suggestions on how to cope with this situation? Thanks.

EAD NOT DELIVERED!!
So i just got an update from the app that my card was delivered, but checked my mailbox and nothing is there😫
I've been approved since June 21st, and had to make many contacts plus service request to USCIS, in order to get my card produced.
Card was produced on the 9th, and saying delivered today to mailbox.
Don't know how much more disappointment I can bear.

I-765 and I-131 have been approved, what about the remaining forms?
Is it safe to travel outside the US on AP? I’ve got C09P combo card approved on August 9, 2023 and I was legally present since I had entered the USA on March 25, 2021. For people with similar situation, how long I-485 needs to be approved? When can I expect to receive a response from USCIS?

Hello there,
My I-130 petition was processed in California service center on April 7 2023.
On August 3 2023 , I received a letter with online access code on it to open an online USCIS account amd found “your case is being actively reviewed “
when checked online in USCIS account and also saw Texas service centet at the end of that letter.
Does that mean my case is transferred to Texas service center from California one?

Hi every one,
I worked for my sponsor company 1 year. I got GC 3 months ago, no interview. Today, my wife's case has just update " Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" and transfer to local offfice. I do not know what is happened ?
So, I am very worried about my wife's case.
Can all of you advise me and who is same my case ?
