Does anybody else have a case like this one where your case was approved and then withdrawn for reconsideration? I am hoping to get an approval soon.

@Shan Luke: I have similar case with you, priority date: May 10, 2022, Case was approved January 05, 2023 & 4days after, the case was reopened for reconsideration in January 09,2023. Up to this moment, no update from USCIS

I think they made a mistake with the approval since it’s not up to 2yrs. That’s why they reopened it till the right time

well ain’t that something , it’s like they realized yours was approved too soon or something which is crazy like might as well keep it that way, I filed mines in 2020 and still waiting 🫣

I had a similar situation. i-360 was approved on January 5th and on January 18th they reopened it for reconsideration. On February 6th they sent me RFE to prove that it's a bonafide marriage and I should provide divorce certificate from my first marriage and any other evidence I can lay my hands on. My lawyer responded with all documents requested in June. My case was updated to request for RFE received on June 6th, since then no further update.

@divine intervention. My lawyer wrote another declaration from me, I did another psychological report because they said some pages might be missing from the first one I submitted, additional affidavits from both my friends and her friends, another DOJ/FBI finger print, new pictures from our marriage that I did not submit earlier and my first marriage divorce certificate.

@divine intervention. Yes I submitted tax returns at the beginning, I added another vehicle insurance this time. You can add other utility bills that you have not added before.

@tired from waiting I filed May 2022 and was approved Jan 2023 and then they withdrew the approval 5 days later. I got a renewed prima facie this past July, it will expire in December this year
